Solo

Mandy and I were heading home from Jerome AZ when the sun started to go down. I noticed there were some nice high clouds, which could make for some drama. We found a place in the mountains shortly after and I shot about 200 photos. This is one of my favorites.
It seems that I am always trying to capture the whole moment in one shot, but sometimes there is so much going on it's impossible. Someone told me not long ago that "simple is sometimes more beautiful". I like that. Slowly I am learning the very important aspect of "composition".

Where Am I?

This was taken last summer. I like the fact that you can tell where I am and what I'm doing just by looking at this photo. Sorry for the long absence. I need to do some serious editing and posting, just seems like I always have something else going on. I guess I just need to apply some time management skills. Yeah right, my only time management skill is procrastination.
