Morning Glow

Yet another long absence, sorry....again. On the brighter side, I think this picture is fantastic. This was taken on that early morning in Sedona, that I have mentioned before. I obviously like the lighting, and also the single stalk that crosses the photo from right to left. The shallow depth of field makes these little guys look like they are the only thing in the world. Beautiful huh?

Balloon

The morning after the air show I went to help launch a hot air balloon. The pilot didn't have any clients to take up, and the friend I was with had helped him launch several times, so we got a once in a lifetime balloon ride over Phoenix. It was amazing. No clouds for a dramatic sunrise but there was plenty haze (it is really smog) to accent downtown. I shot about half of the trip in B&W. A great day, thanks KJ.
