Devil's Tower Dos

A second edition to the previous post, taken a mile away. Most of you won't be totally sold on this version and I can't blame you.

I felt like I needed to post something. This picture could be terrific but we're not quite there yet. I want to and will manipulate this photo further.

The idea is fantastic though, perfectly blue skies behind a nasty storm, and who can disagree with the tower itself.

Devil's Tower

On my way to my Dad's house I was lucky enough to catch a storm rolling over the top of Devil's Tower. Wow what a sight. I took lots of shots, you probably will see quite a few of them on here. A B&W with a sepia filter seemed like a good way to start off.

Black Hills

The beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. I just returned from my 10 year class reunion. We ate, drank, gambled a little and talked a lot. I had a ball. Thanks to everybody who attended, hope to see you all soon.
This picture was taken just east of Spearfish Canyon. The reflection of the trees is what caught my eye, and the fluffy white clouds made for an excellent backdrop. I have many more photos of my trip, so I hope you aren't tired of landscapes and sunsets.
